Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
While we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes to order details or delivery addresses once an order has been placed, please reach out to us at contact@taion-wear.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under $100, we charge a flat shipping fee of $9. Orders over $100 value qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, if you're located outside the US, you can purchase our items through our retail partners. For customers in Japan, please visit Taion Japan.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. Our carrier requires a physical street address for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please log into our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
Items purchased during sale periods are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal. After submitting your request, you will receive instructions and any necessary shipping documents if applicable. All domestic returns will have a $7 deductible fee for the return label provided (excluding store credit).
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and the store credit or refund will be issued.
If you need any further assistance, please email contact@taion-wear.com. Please include your order #, the items you’d like to return, the return reason for each item, and the return type (refund or store credit).
How much does it cost to return an item?
A $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the return.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can easily return your item by visiting our Returns Portal and following the prompts. Once your return is processed, you can either receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit. If you choose store credit, a gift card will be emailed to you once your return is processed, which you can use to place a new order on our website.

Please refer to our Size Guide to find the perfect fit. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance. Please note that our items tend to run small, so we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How should I care for my Taion US products?
We recommend washing all items in cold water and laying them flat to dry. For additional tips, check out our Down Care Guide. Always refer to the care instructions on each garment’s tag for the best results.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use PayPal, Apple Pay, or your Shop Pay account for a quick and secure checkout experience.
